How to Use eXpertLingo
Brainstorming possibilities are endless with the vast capabilities of eXpertLingo; the web-based browser that comes bundled within eXpertSystem. Create and save brainstorming lists, look up keywords, or add new images quickly and easily. You'll become fast friends with eXpertLingo once you understand what it can do for you.

eXpertLingo Overview

eXpertLingo automatically launches in both Author and View modes. It is the smaller screen that appears and rests on top of the main interface of eXpertSystem.
You can use this handy tool to brainstorm and add new content and images to each Session that you create. Simply type in a word or phrase in the upper left field and select one of the options to the right.
- Look up Definitions
- Find Hypernyms for a word
- Use Google to perform a search on any word or subject
- Select Help when you need more info using eXpertSystem
- Find Synonyms for a word
- Use Word Association to display a list of words associated with a word
- Perform a Keyword search to bring up a list of the most commonly used keyword and phrase searches based on frequency
- Find Images to add to your Sessions from a database of over 600,000 and growing
The results for each button displays in the larger window where you can easily copy and paste content into your Sessions or add new images with a click of a button.
Each time you add a new word to the upper left field within a Session, eXpertLingo keeps track of it for you by creating a list that appears in the small window below the upper left text field. You also have the option of saving this list for future use, any time you work in that particular Session. Simply click the Save icon in the lower left corner.
